Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for urgent orders
- Full tracking included
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas not served by our carriers).
Our Return Promise
We stand behind every fly rod, reel, and accessory with our 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority when you purchase from our curated selection of fly fishing essentials.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Epoxy resins & glues
- Fly floatant & desiccants
These items may only be returned if defective.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our angler-support team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return (or desired exchange item)
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
- Your contact information
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation inside
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package exterior
- Ship to: Fishing in Styles Returns, 401 Hott Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73129, USA
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service.
Step 3: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchange Processing: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
International refunds may take an additional 2-3 days for bank processing.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size of fishing apparel or model of fly rod? We’ll gladly exchange items within 15 days of delivery:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fly fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for replacement items
Pro Tip: For faster resolution on fly rods or reels, include video documentation of any functional defects.
