At Fishing in Styles, we take as much care in crafting our return policy as we do in selecting our premium fly fishing gear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Daiwa reels, fly tying materials, or fishing apparel. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind every fly rod, reel, and accessory we sell with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached (for apparel)
- In original packaging with all included materials (for equipment)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our angler-support team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please:
- Securely package items using original packaging when possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to: Fishing in Styles Returns, 401 Hott Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73129, USA
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchange Processing: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
International refunds may take additional 2-3 days for bank processing.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size of fishing apparel or model of fly rod? We’ll gladly exchange items within 15 days of delivery:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fly fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for replacement items
