Cast the poppers in close to the cover and amongst the lily pads, bloop them slowly and delay your strike, let the fish turn.

Use the Clousers down deep, especially amongst the snags, expect them to be picked up by a fish as they sink. Fish them along the edges of weed beds as well. Barramundi love a Clouser as do Saratoga, tarpon, and sooty grunters.

The pink thing and black ‘n barred and classic barramundi flies, fish them slow with a jerky retrieve.

Many things eat a woolly bugger but particularly Tarpon.
